Once a conference room with too many patterns and now an elegant and functional loft in the middle of the city Centre. The old flooring, a combination of carpeted tiles and vinyl, has been reinvented as a seamless polished concrete surface, complementing the modern style of the custom-made kitchen, pantry, and bathroom.

The dark colours are softened by the accents of timber and bright white walls and custom-made barn doors, making the space appear open but still warm and inviting.

The original bathroom had two doors, one has been repurposed as the entrance for the new pantry and part of the bathroom has been enclosed to create such space, offering to the new tenants plenty of storage and a practical coffee and tea station. 

The now bedroom has been divided in two different areas thanks to a partition wall painted in Cascade Cove by Dulux; A cozy bedroom on one side, a spacious and sleek bespoke walk-in wardrobe on the other.
